 No time for gratuitous sex?  Perish the very thought, SuperLobo...  I've been noticing that all the new pages on AAARRGH lately are turning into rants (about something or other).  Wouldn't want to give you the wrong idea, dudes.

Though I'm a man with a mission, lads, I'm not one of those type-A's with a big throbbin vein about to explode outta my forehead at any given moment.  In my book, one of the greatest things you can do with your time is ABSOLUTELY NOTHING.

After a big physical, intellectual, emotional or carnal workout, take time to let it sink into your bones.  There's no growth without the proper rest and recovery period...  so listen to the spacy Jean-Michel Jarre soundtrack and look at some pretty colors for a minute or two.

It's bound to do you some good, buddies.
